Chess Boards are provided for all campers but if you have a TKS Chess Tote please bring it!
Camp runs from 9am to Noon. At about 10:30am we have “Re-Chess” where we head to the playground to take a break and have a snack.
Parent Pick happens promptly at Noon in the car pick-up line out front.
There is a $25 fee for Non-Members.
Become absolutely devastating at Summer Chess Camp! Coach loves teaching beginners during this super-fun concentrated time. There will be daily chess puzzlers for prizes, daily tactics to learn for new colorful wristbands, chess play with mardi-gras beads on the line...all with an exciting, energized spirit. Chess Camp is a super-fun, high-energy experience in which kids ages 6-13 celebrate a new chess tactic each day with silly videos, music-driven puzzlers for prizes, colorful Tactixbands, chess movies, and clock slapping tourneys for Mardi-Gras beads! Laughter, fun competition, and compelling teaching make this camp a summer highlight. New students welcome! Extra time allows for a stress-free, fun learning environment.
